Film covering
The advantages of film covering are waterproof, storage resistant and beautiful. Film covering glue refers to a kind of glue that combines BOPP film on paper. At present, there are two methods for touching printed packaging in China. One is water-based film covering and oil-based film covering. Now, water-based film covering is the main method. Based on the concept of environmental protection, the effect of water-based film covering is slightly worse than that of oil-based film covering.
There are also two types of film covering for packaging and printing materials:
1. light film (bright film). The bright film itself is bright. After the color box is covered with bright film, the appearance is bright.
2. dumb film, which is a foggy appearance; Matte matte appearance after coating.

At present, the stamping method of color box packaging box is electrochemical aluminum hot stamping foil, which mainly adopts the method of heating and pressurization to transfer the text of the letter box to the surface of the printed packaging paper. The colors of gold, silver, green, blue, laser, etc. are called hot stamping.
Bronzing is characterized by clear, beautiful pictures, dazzling colors, wear resistance, etc. in the printing of cigarette packets, the bronzing process accounts for more than 85%, and it is also widely used in the production of commercial packaging. It can be used to make the finishing point, highlight the theme, and show the distinguished. It is especially used in trademarks, logos, enterprise names and other places that need special excellence.
Bump
Bumping is an important process in the post printing process of packaging. It is an embossing method without printing ink. When pressing concave convex, select a group of concave and convex templates corresponding to the Yin and Yang of the image and text, place the substrate between them, and press out the embossed concave convex image and text by applying greater pressure. This method is mostly used for the post printing processing of printed matter and color box packaging, such as the decoration of packaging boxes, trademarks, cigarette packs, New Year cards, bottle labels, etc., so as to achieve a vivid and beautiful three-dimensional feeling. Proper use of embossing process can increase the layering of printed pictures and make the finishing point of packaged products. This process has low cost in post press appearance treatment.
UV Scrub
UV sanding is a post printing process that is dried and cured by ultraviolet light. It requires UV ink containing photosensitizer to cooperate with UV curing lamp. UV process transfers pictures and words to the surface of UV printed packaging paper, making it bright and special, especially for some printing parts such as trade marks, logos, enterprise names, etc.
