Variable QR code is a new product traceability system. Variable QR code means that every printed QR code has a different number. By scanning the variable QR code, we can know the manufacturer, model, contact information and so on. At present, variable QR code is widely used in drug packaging boxes, veterinary drug packaging boxes, food packaging boxes, etc. in the future, it will also be widely used in more and more occupations.
The variable QR code is not printed at one time when other contents are printed, but is a process added separately after other contents of the product are printed. Before printing the variable QR code, we design a white box in the direction where the QR code is to be printed, in order to prevent the printing surface from being scratched by the printing head. The size of the box is 16mm or 21mm square rectangular box. As the variable QR code is sprayed, the printing head of the printing machine will have a deviation of 1-2mm. After the variable two-dimensional code is printed, the printing surface needs to be covered with film to prevent the two-dimensional code from being worn out during handling or post process.
Therefore, when making variable QR codes, we need to pay attention to the following key points:
1、 Preparatory code segment (different digital codes)
2、 Black characters on a white background (the background color of the QR code is white and the QR code is black)
3、 The size of the white background should be greater than the size of the QR code
4、 First print, then spray code, then film
